Our Directors
As our Managing Director Franz started his career in the SAPS as a Fingerprint Expert in the early 1990’s and retired as a Detective where after entering the private sector. Over the last 27 years he gained extensive experience in the physical risk industry and has held senior positions in several companies of which one is still the biggest security company in South Africa. (Fidelity Security Group), He was the owner of his own physical risk management companies, based in Gauteng and the Western Cape since the early 2000’s. Franz has undergone training and has experience in Risk Management, Loss Adjusting, Lie Detecting and Insurance Surveying.​​
Franz Rüddeck
Boesman entered the corporate environment during 2008 as a security officer with ADT/Kusela. During the next 6 years he embarked on various courses enabling him to be appointed as a supervisor. During 2015 he was appointed as site supervisor at the Manhattan Hotel in Pretoria. During his tenure he was responsible for security staff deployed, hotel asset and the general safety of it’s guests. He holds an A Grade as a Security Service Provider, armed reaction officer and firearm complainant, certificates in supervision and intelligent teaming skills, program in security management and certificate in security practice. Currently he is in the process of completing his law degree with UNISA.​ He also serves as a director in the company and our operations manager.
