Franz Rüddeck
Managing Director
Franz Rüddeck brings over 30 years of experience in the South African security and risk management industry. He began his career in the South African Police Service (SAPS) in the early 1990s as a Fingerprint Expert and later served as a Detective before transitioning into the private sector.
Since the early 2000s, Franz has successfully owned and managed physical risk management companies operating across Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, and the Western Cape, delivering professional security solutions to a wide range of corporate and industrial clients.
His expertise includes:

- Insurance and Security Surveying
- Security Design and Risk Mitigation Strategies
Boesman Motopi
Director of Operations
Boesman Motopi is an accomplished security operations professional with extensive experience in guarding supervision, high-risk site security, and operational management.
He entered the corporate security industry in 2008 and progressed through various leadership roles, supported by continuous training and development. In 2015, he was appointed as Site Supervisor at the Manhattan Hotel in Pretoria, where he was responsible for staff deployment, asset protection, and guest safety.
Boesman holds:
- PSIRA Grade A Certification
- Armed Reaction Officer Qualification
- Firearm Competency Certification
- Supervision and Security Management Training
- Currently completing an LLB degree through UNISA
As Director of Operations, Boesman is responsible for:
- Operational deployment and site oversight

- Client communication, reporting, and risk response coordination
